Owner, Eric Mann has always had the desire to open a restaurant, since he was 12 he had strong goals and ambitions to do so. While studying Entrepreneurship in college at Oregon State University, Eric traveled to Vietnam where he fell in love with Asian cuisine. Once he finished up his degree he made his way back to Lake Oswego where he grew up and found a prime restaurant location and so, Aji Tram was born. Alongside Eric was his best friend, Adam Garside. Eric managed to talk Adam into coming along for the ride and what a ride it has been. Adam, a University Oregon Graduate as well as a Lake Oswego local was excited to help in creating an amazing, vibrant restaurant in his hometown. Together the two have created a fun, unique restaurant that has an amazing vibe.
